My experience with PuroClean was nothing but positive. Frank Greenwood went over every step of the process with me and was very helpful dealing with my insurance company. At the time of my remediation, I was recovering from surgery and Frank went above & beyond helping with the coordination of all of the other contractors that I needed to complete my remediation and construction project. Frank also was very flexible and accommodating with his schedule to make sure my project was progressing on time, even checking in on nights and weekends if needed. If I ever need this type of service again I will not hesitate to call PuroClean in the future. I would also highly recommend them to friends and family as well.

Frank and his son Frank were quite simply amazing! After speaking with Frank a couple times in the AM he came over the same day – showing up on time – talked me through everything he was testing for, the extent of the damage caused by my overflowing washer machine thankfully not much! and the process he would use to treat it.
