Went on a beginners hike with leader. Two hours, with some good vertical changes. Trails seem well maintained. Good workout. Saw Tripod Rock. Will go again. The parking lot at the visitor center can fill up. People seem to park on both sides of the street adjacent to the parking lot with no trouble.
Amazing hike with views. We have encountered a bear only once, we stopped/paused and it went it's merry way towards water. Trails are well marked and is a good hike to do with kids as well. So many options.
Beautiful trails through varied terrain in traditional North Jersey forest
Very nice place to visit and do some hiking.
Reservoir hike was really nice! The yellow/orange trail was a good trek with some rocks with ups and downs. Really nice view of the lake and wasn't too bad. Took us a bit under 2 hours to do the hike.
Nice place for hiking. Good information center/visitor center with bathroom. Good maps directions.
Great place to hike. The orange trail follows the the small lake. Very scenic.

Beautiful trails. Some rough passages. Great views from the top.
There is a bathroom in the visitor center. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are maps. The blazes are okay marked. There is plenty of free parking.
