Great place to work for all sizes and color very nice workers, great for neighborhood.

The classes are extremely good with consistency u reach ur goal  and be aremaze with ur result

Been going to this gym for almost a month now. Staff is friendly and helpful. Aerobics are the bomb, guaranteed to make you lose weight in fun way. Instructor is jovial but he is very keen on you getting results. Based on what I see so far you are treated like family.

IT COOL NICE AND CLEAN

Been at this gym for years, great spot, good activities  & a great trainer. BIG up Q.

They are a pretty decent place. Everyone is treated like family there.
