QDOBA Mexican Eats

Great customer service at this location! Always clean and it moves very fast if there is a line. They have consistent employees which always makes me think they must have good management, etc.

This is one of the locations that understands that if you get a burrito bowl that you can get either a tortilla or small side of chips. The food was normal for Qdoba and customer service was good. The only reason for being 4 stars is due to seeing delivery boxes and a catering order sitting out in the dining room.

Pretty standard Qdoba. Usually they're good, but sometimes they slip up. The other day I got lettuce on an entree, and there were massive pieces the size of your hand. Somehow they didn't get chopped up. Usually the food is fresh and what you expect, and the service has always been good.

I went to this location during their dead hours, you can see they had deliveries or pickup with food on tables, it was clean for the most part, except the toilet in the woman's bathroom. You can see the yellow ring and rust. Just make it seem its not clean. The food was good and fountain drink was well balanced.

Good mexican with some nice taco selections and the special for the day is a great value! The person behind the counter was very accommodating and said he would customize several of my tacos since the had one or two vegetarian flavors and I wanted to try some others too!

These guys just made the worst qdoba burrito I've ever eaten. I go to qdoba a lot and I like it, but this was really awful. More than 60 percent of it was cold, stale rice that had SO MUCH lime in it, the whole burrito was sweet! They double-wrapped it for no apparent reason to make the burrito even drier and grosser. All the sour cream I ordered extra, but even less than a normal serving was found was in one spot down at the bottom. I could go on, but essentially, I urge you to go 20 minutes out of your way if you have to in order to visit literally any Qdoba other than this location.

Three Stars is kind. When did average at best deserve more. All rice. No meat. If taco Bell is a Hyundai. Qdoba is a Genesis. It's fast but not quality food.

the sweet girl who has helped me the last 2 saturdays afternoon 1:30ish is wonderful, the new menu is confusing with all the new good taco stuff, but she was patient and helpful in letting me pick my order.. I know that is what they are supposed to do but she took the time and i appreciate that. she made a Qdoba customer out of me, we usually to to the 'other guys'. so 5 stars for her and give her a raise!

Update : customer service is terrible ! They skimp your food even if you tell them you’ll pay extra, they treat you horribly if you ask for salsa on the side smh the only constant in this store is one of the managers named Spencer! He’s probably the only friendly person and deserves a raise for how hard he works! As for everyone else... It’s literally not hard to smile or maybe not throw attitude for 5 seconds.

Good food nice employees. I thought the customer service was awesome and the employees were like super friendly which was a plus. Always good to have nice employees and not people begging for a tip at some other places that I know of.
