QDOBA Mexican Eats

One of my favorite Qdobas to grab a mini bowl with my daughter after a long day of coaching. This staff is always super nice and the guys that work there at night never skimp on the mini bowls. Also located in the Northfield area so can always grab some ice cream within walking distance after or even make a quick stop by Target before heading home. If you're looking for an affordable quick bite be sure to check out this location! Much better food for the money than Taco Bell or Chipotle in my opinion!

Ordered a burrito bowl that was delivered by Uber eats. It’s completely inedible nothing Uber did wrong, was made with wilted old lettuce, about 1/4 cup of water floating in the bottom, brown guacamole. Horrid. Won’t be going back.

I am never going back to this location again! I walked in and immediately got attitude from Arielly. They made my tacos with old dried rice at the bottom of the pot 4 hours before close. I asked for fresh rice and they gave me undercooked brown rice. I immediately told Arielly that the rice looked uncooked and the customer service was not great but that me and my children would give the side of rice a try. As I thought the rice was undercooked. I immediately took the $20.00 of untouched entrees back and requested a refund. She was extremely rude and refused to give me my money back and said “I don’t know if you have COVID I can’t give you your money back! Then she laughed. I walked out so upset I could have thrown the plate in her face but I decided to take the high road and contact corporate immediately!

This place was fine. I ordered the protein chicken bowl and it was skimpy. As she was making it I noticed it was looking thin. So I checked with the employee that I requested the protein chicken bowl which should receive “double” the meat and “double” the veggies. She explained that it means it should receive “more”. Well I didn’t argue with her and just accepted the minimal amount given. But I won’t be back.

Came in with my boyfriend and we proceeded to wait 5 minutes while this kid stood there refusing to make eye contact with us or even saying anything. Even tried to ask him how his day was and he ignored us. His name was Daniel, but the girl working there was a sweetheart and definitely manager material. The manager looked confused as fuq to be working there.

Amazing customer service. Never had a qdoba this on point! Will definitely be back. Super friendly and quick plus the food is uber fresh.

This is hands down the best Qdoba I've ever been to! The lady who helped us was super friendly, despite us being a bit slow to figure out what we wanted, and the food itself was delicious. Would not hesitate to go back.

I had a very bad experience at this location. My mobile order was messed up my fault and when I got there it was not ready. I pulled out my phone and realized I forgot to do the final submit. I did that while I was talking to the people there, and my order immediately came up on their ticket counter. I asked them if they could make the order since I was already standing there, and one of the staff started to yell at me and told me it would be at least 15 minutes since I had now placed a mobile order and I was not a walk up customer anymore. I was the only customer in line, and she was yelling at me and the other customers were starting to stare. I am NEVER going back to this horrible location again!

AWFUL!! The food at this Qdoba was disgusting. I visited this location this week and ordered a burrito. The flour tortilla was hard. The rice was dry and the chicken was disgusting. Also the guy the wrapped my burrito did an awful job at it. I was disappointed. Do not bother going to this location.

Food was good, fast and filling. It was a Friday nite, music was bouncy and loud...we were the oldest folks in there 60s. I didn't have the beef it looked overdone and dry. Chicken was OK.
