Love this location. Have been coming here a lot due to having no kitchen under construction and they are all super sweet people and food is great. Very great experiences on multiple occasions. Will return!
Was excited to try QDOBA for the first time since their menu looked super tasty. Regretted that decision almost as soon as we walked in. The only employee present didn’t speak any English and kept messing up our order. We somehow ended up with 3 plates instead of the 2 we ordered. The chips tasted like actual cardboard, and the “queso” looked and tasted like chowder. I wish I were joking. Thankfully the quesadillas were OK, so not a total waste of money. With that said, this is overall the worst Mexican food I’ve ever tasted…
I've always had fine experiences here, but tonight I was treated with the most disrespect I have been by someone behind the counter in a long time. I went in to pickup my online order and asked if I could get a tortilla to go as I had forgotten to order it. While the two people behind the counter grabbed it, I went to the drink cooler in the corner and grabbed a bottled tea and set it in front of the register to purchase. When they brought over the tortilla, the female associate very rudely and aggressively told me I'm not allowed to touch the drink cooler and that I should have asked them. I didn't realize, and apologized, and they both continued to tell me how wrong I was...for grabbing a bottled drink...out of the cooler in the corner... Yeesh. Sorry. No need to be so snippy. A little kindness goes a long way, I wasn't trying to break any rules at your Qudoba.
Stopped by tonight around 8pm. Everyone looked stoned who was working. I ordered a chicken and queso bowl. It's a item on the menu and what to go on it is listed on the menu. The woman working had no idea what to put into what I ordered and on top of that gave me what I would say was a half serving at absolute best. Very dissatisfied with my experience here! Feel like I was robbed of my $ Don't come here if your hungry, you'll pay $10 and still be hungry afterwards.
Ordered 3 bowls 2 with pinto beans 1 with black beans , they gave us 2 black beans , also the 18 year old kept using the sour cream that was gone. i went back in to get the correct bowl, this girl was very loud rude and ghetto. She kept cussing and Making dry threats to beat me up . so sad over their mistake. I did email corporate but i had to come on here and let people know how bad of an experience I Had .
To the dude workin the grill today. I didn't catch your name. But all the blessings in the world to you my friend. I've had a crazy month. Losing my wallet was about to just be the cherry on top. You didn't have to drive It to me. But you did. You found my wallet and you drove it to my house and found me mid searching my car frantically, praying it was somewhere in there. I appreciate you so much man. Truly do. Sweet ride btw.
Slow and poor customer service. Curbside pickup is just a suggestion. Twice I’ve ordered for curbside and had to go in after 10+ minute wait. That’s 22 mins after the order was placed 12 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Easy to go to another location now on.
I've tried to give this particular location a try three times now and all three times the food was not good quality and the food prep service area was extremely dirty. I ended up throwing out my dinner because the chicken was cold and tough. It didn't taste good at all and I love Qdoba, normally!. This is the most convenient location for me, but it just is not good food, at all.
I love this place but the African male manager is not a good fit at this place not only he Stares right at you and looks at you very ruthless and very mean very mean he also a manager I have gave him a $15 gift card he made me look very embarrassed in front of everybody because he told me there was nothing on there on there when I get home I called there was $15 on there. Not only I'm upset but he's a manager and he shouldn't be making his customers feel this way .. He dose not smile he dose not talk or say a word.. I don't know this place gets going he's not a peoples person
I will be going to the South Glenn shop from now on. Prep board was filthy. Floor was filthy. I saw the shaved head heavy set cashier take a big bite of his burrito upper right orange foil wrapper in photo and the proceed to lick his fingers and go start ringing up items at the check out. I discreetly approach to let him know that's sorta not OK. And he says "It's all dirty over here. I'm working with money." Internally I'm throwing up. Thankfully I just came for queso and chips. He rings me up and a chip falls out of my bag which he promptly stuffs in his mouth and then says something unintelligible, you know, because he's chewing my food. So I grab my chips -1, snap a photo and posted this. They just started closing up so I don't know how much of the floor debris is from sweeping.
