QDOBA Mexican Eats

On 4/24, I went back. It's my 3rd time at this establishment. Their were 6 staff upfront. The team seems to get along well because that is what they were doing, hanging out. It took a minute for them to be able to acknowledge a customer was there. When they finally got to me, they were very polite. The store was filthy, including the area where the food is. This time, I took pictures. The first time I went there it was so clean. The customer service was excellent. I hate stopping going there. The menu has such healthy options. But if they are that dirty up front. Imagine how it is un the back. Previous:They could do a better job wiping the tables & chair between customers. They should have a measured serving spoon for the beans.

I had a great experience at this Qdoba location. Elder, the manager was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure my wife and I had a pleasant experience. The front-end crew was friendly and provided quality service to my wife and I. They made sure we had the items that went with the entrees we ordered, and even told us about their royalty membership that would allow us to accrue points each time we ordered that could go towards a free item. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality food and service. Thanks again to Elder and his crew.

I had a great experience at this location. The service was friendly and welcoming. The manger Elder, was very helpful and made sure my food was made correctly. Elder and his crew also made sure I had a positive dine-in experience. I was told about the Qdoba membership and how with each purchase I accrue points that can go towards items on their menu. All around I had a very positive and welcoming experience.

The staff at this location is beyond friendly! They are very personable and make the experience Want to remember. The food is also very good, with options for dairy and gluten-free people alike. The atmosphere was very clean, The tables were wiped the food station was spotless and well kept and as I was paying, I watched somebody come out to wipe down counters. I am extremely impressed with this establishment and will be returning promptly!! Dietary restrictions: I am personally dairy free and they had many options for me!!

A Lunchtime Gem! Qdoba on Joppa Road in Towson has consistently exceeded my expectations with every visit. The customer service here is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is nothing short of excellent. But what keeps me coming back time and time again is the food. The flavors are vibrant, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. Whether I'm in the mood for a burrito, a bowl, or their mouthwatering tacos, Qdoba never disappoints. Each dish is crafted with care, and you can taste the quality in every bite. Lunchtime at Qdoba is something I look forward to, knowing I'll receive great food and superb service.
