It was alright. Too pricey. They took so long to check us in. Then the room was so bright, I have had better massages for less expensive prices. Not so great
I got a 50 minute classic massage and it was pretty basic. I should have chosen a longer massage 80 min because 50 minutes goes by pretty fast. It is the most beautiful spa I’ve ever been to. 4 stars because I wasn’t offered water or anything to drink.
It is a good place to go BUT as long as the spa continues to foolishly remain closed they will bleed out money continually until they are permanently out of business. The spa as in the tubs and sauna are the sole highlight and without them they have nothing to offer and have lost me as a customer.
Until they open the locker rooms the "experience" is blah. Service is good...everything else is blah
The Qua spa is always nice for a day of relaxation. Right now it's only by reservation for services. And the amenities are not open yet per covid guideline.
Great place, very neat and clean. But therapist only rubbed my skin during the entire massage even when asked to massage harder.
