The ladies who work there are absolutely wonderful. They do a great and extremely professional job.. the only downside is that their prices are too high.

I paid $97 for 25 pieces. This is $30 more than I paid anywhere else in a Charlotte. This was definitely more expensive than a Washington DC. The lady at the front desk was rude when i asked about the absurd pricing. Anyway, I suggest going somewhere else. $3.37 per shirt is unreasonable for dry cleaning.

Never had a problem. A little pricey  ut nothing crazy.
