Quality Contracting

We had a toilet leak off the kitchen, no apparent reason at least Rodenhiser couldn't give us one and were fortunate enough to have Quality Contracting restore and renovate our bathroom, kitchen, and basement drum room, more beautifully than I could have imagined. We are delighted with the masterful level of craftsmanship, the elegant quality of the work, the skilled attention to detail and the integrity of the crew and honestly, couldn't be happier with the experience. The work they've done will be enjoyed and admired for the rest of our lives in this home hopefully many!. It takes awhile and it takes a lot of people a lot of work, but it's so worth it in the end. If your looking for Quality don't go to Quality Contracting. Did they do a better job with doing the appraisal yes..but when it comes to follow through or Quality work they have a long way to go. If this review does anything then maybe it will give the upper management the insite that the companies they contract out to needs to care about there quality of service that they are providing. I know it has been a tough economy to hire but it shouldn't change expectations. There is one person that has been consistent and it appears he is sent to fix others mistakes his name is Steve and he does deserve credit for all of the hard work he has put in and time spent correcting others mistakes and he deserves 5 stars.
