I think all of the reviews for this company are fake as there is something not right, something is wrong with this agency. These people do not care, only want your $$. The management is rude, all about making money. Stay Away from these people.
What a terrible company to deal with. If you want reliable aides stay clear of this company. It’s one headache after another. The owner is a rude and no one in the office seems to know what they are doing. The are rude and snarky. Stay clear of this place!! If I could give zero stars I would.
I almost had a year worked with quality it makes me happy and I love my job like a PCA great company to work the owner is awesome and respectful .
Started working for Quality Homemakers in April and have absolutely loved this job. The boss is great and all the clients I’ve had are like family to me. Great experience and a great agency!

The owner is rude and has a heavy foreign Arab_accent. The caregivers have no experience, training and work ethics. They take breaks every 10 mins and they are more like cleaning staff than elderly caregivers. They cheat and put extra hours..Do not hire from this agency.
This place is spreading COVID. Careless management and caregivers. Never hire from this agency.
