The room wasn't fully cleaned there was still dirt on the bathroom sink, beds were partially made, light switches were cracked, tv didn't always work, channels were fuzzy, a/c unit missing buttons. Was better a year ago has gone down a lot. Still dog- friendly and has nice pet walking areas but grass has a lot of cigarette buds. Locks are secure and hotel is quiet.

Upon arrival there was a small hand written sign stating the hot tub was out of order. On inquiry we were told that it was to be fixed the next day. After a long excursion the next day, we headed back to our hotel to relax and enjoy the hot tub, only to find that it was ice cold. The man at the front desk once again told us it was to be fixed the next day. After the third round of this farce we realized that the establishment had no intention of having it fixed. We would have preferred an honest answer on day one instead of his silly, insulting song and dance. For that reason alone we will not be returning. As a side note I would add that the waffle mixture at breakfast was a disgusting oily/watery mixture that was inedible. If you are wanting tostay in the area, try the Hoover Dam Lodge five minutes down the road, you'll be glad you did and it is only a few dollars more, offering several restaurants, a little store and surprisingly... Free Coke to all. Who says you can't get something for nothing any more?

Clean room. Very nice staff. Convince store and gas station next door. Nice view of the damn. Close to quaint shops and good food.

This is a very good place to stay. The room we got has a fridge and a microwave, and coffee. Beds are comfy too.

Great staff, good location and decent rooms. The view from Third floor overlooking the lake side are breathtaking (especially early in the morning). The rooms need minor updating but overall they are OK. The breakfast was a bonus. I couldn't enough nice things about the staff, they went out of their way to help us. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
