They have laundry for guests at $4.50 to wash and dry. They gave a covered patio attached to the pool not in the pool area tho, for smokers to relax and be shaded from the sun, they have shampoo and conditioner a convenience some hotels do not have mini bottles in case you forget yours, which I did! All in all it's a nice place. Truckers frequent this hotel die to it's big rig parking in the back where their trucks are safe from vandalism and if necessary they can air out their trailers without worry that someone might mess with their trailer. I found that to be a nice amenity for truckers anyway.
Great! I honestly wish people would pick up after their dogs, but that's not a reflection on the hotel! Breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable. The neighbors were annoying but again not the hotels problem. I would definitely stay here again. It was very niceRooms: 5/5
I was booked here through my company and I was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms are clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There was always staff around sweeping, wiping down doors and keeping the area clean. Satisfied customer and would stay again.Rooms: 5/5

Just your standard hotel, not terrible not great. My major gripe is the hospitality industry as a whole seems to more and more switch focus to cost and efficiency vs customer service. I think people will continue to be dissatisfied with the modern hotel experience, but with the necessity of travel for many working professionals we are regrettably stuck with each other.
When we checked in the room we were given was Dirty!! Then, the front desk guy tried to charge us same price for a queen bed when we booked a king bed. We had lugged all our luggage to 2nd floor and had to bring it all back down to switch rooms which took 30mins of OUR time! They offered No discount but the lady at FD found a room with a king bed and that made it a little better and they gave us an extra hour to check out which was really cool I asked the next am. I prob wouldn't stay here again it was very noisy and I didn't like the front desk guys attitude. The lady at the front desk made it much better. Give her a raise cuz if she hadn't helped it wouldn't have worked out for us, the guests.
Rooms appeared to be clean, but as you walk closer to each item your looking at bed, sheets, pillows, mattress, tub, towels, towel rack you discover spots on comforter, black marks on pillow cases, white tooth paste looking substance on towel rack, towels have hair or spots on them, bathtub floor has brown build up. I stayed in room 214 just in case your wondering. Not bad mouthing or exaggerating, sometimes the honest truth is worst than anything you can make up. I stayed at this location because it was company paid.
I'm an infrequent traveller. This was a once in a lifetime trip for me to attend my son's wedding. I searched for hotels with a shuttle to LAX. Expedia offered up this hotel as an option and I booked it. I arrived at 11:30PM. I called the hotel and inquired about the shuttle. I was then informed that this hotel is hours from LAX and that there was of course, no shuttle. My next question would have been - Could I possibly move my booking to a Quality Inn closer to LAX? I never got a chance to ask that question. The attendant cut me off mid sentence with "I'm sorry sir I have other calls" and hung up on me! Intentionally! I'm disgusted and will never consider giving this company my business again as long as I live. I suggest you find some other place to stay where the operators are concerned about more than siphoning your wallet.
