Brilliant service picking my daughter up and her friend from shotton station then adter the party drop off to Liverpool. Polite driver and receptionist kept us informed when taxi arrived and what car .keep up the Brilliant service. Definitely recommend

My husband and I use Q Cars often, Airport Trips, Evenings out etc. Firstly the Vehicles are always pristine a credit to Agnia. The Drivers are all ways prompt, smartly dressed very polite and helpful with luggage etc. We have just come back from the Carribean and after a very long journey it was lovely to come out of the Airport and there was Agnia with a smile welcoming us home. Update to the below - I contacted the company the day after the issue and managed to speak to one of the operators. I received an explanation for the mishap and apologies. The company took measures to put things right and followed up well on the negative experience. They have been professional and courteous in dealing with the issues. Many Thanks. Pre-booked a taxi with Quality Q Cars, which didn’t turn up. My friend and I were left stranded and had to find an alternative way home with no explanation. We were unable to contact the company as their phone was left on an automated message, without an opportunity to speak to an operator. Very disappointing service.
