Quality Shoe Repair

I've gone here many times, and Issac is great! The quality of the work is always exactly what I wanted, and he doesn't over charge. I take all my shoe and bag repairs to him! Can't say enough good things.

I called before walking over a mile to this shoe repair shop. I asked if they were open, if they repaired taps on high heel shoes, and if I could come within the hour. The answer to all of my questions was YES. When I arrived, the person there said "I'm about to eat lunch" and can't work on your shoes now. Keep in mind he was not eating yet, as a matter of fact I didn't see or smell any food. The worse customer service is no customer service, and that is exactly what I received. Thanks for nothing No-Quality Shoe Repair. If you need your shoes fixed go somewhere else. They SUCK!!!! Zero Stars

Don’t even carry black shoelaces and attendant was extremely rude.
