The downgrade here is mostly for the bagels. They've stopped boiling them, and now serve the white bread donuts you get in supermarkets and much of middle America. If I want those, I won't waste my time making a special trip to a bagel bakery, but will get them in the supermarket. The other menu items I've had here are fine.Food: 3/5
Ordered what I thought was the typical lox and bagel $18 - then realized it had egg and canceled the egg part BEFORE it was served. They agreed to give me the traditional lox and bagel w cream cheese but then charged me another $3.50 for the coffee. So $22 for a bagel w lox and coffee!!Food: 3/5
Just moved to the area a few months ago and was happy to find this cute breakfast spot! The front is a take out area and the back has a dine in spot. It's great to have a bagel spot and dine in breakfast spot all in one. Just tried a bagel and it was very good.Food: 5/5
Great, fresh, food. Enjoyed a breakfast sandwich. Vegetarian options and great bagelsFood: 5/5
It was noon and I happened to be at Walgreen's and recalled that I needed bagels. It was noon and two dozen bagels was an impossible order for them to fill. I went home with a dozen "bagel balls" and discovered that when sliced in half they were too round to fit in the toaster. I also wondered if they sprayed their bagels or actually boiled them. I'll stick with THB.
Love the food and the customer service. I have been coming here for the past 8 years and they are very consistent. The prime rib sandwich was fantastic! I ordered it with extra meat!!
I used to frequent this place at least once a week since I moved here a few years ago until…they charged me $16 for a vegetarian breakfast burrito. Each item cheese, beans, avocado was a $3 up charge on top of a $7 base price for an egg and tortilla. Truly ridiculous and they refused to acknowledge that they priced this way wrong so we won’t be going back.
On the lake! Views from outside are amazing. Food was better in years past and cleanliness inside is starting to be an issue. Broad menu. Coffee is good. And seats are comfortable. Order at the register and food is brought to you. I highly recommend walking around Quarry Lake.
Food was good, staff were pleasant, but it was over priced. I don't think a breakfast wrap, a frozen burger patty and pre made falafel should cost $60. Don't get me wrong it was good, but not worth $60. The counter area is dark so I hope you have decent eye sight. I tripped over the carpets a couple times which makes me wonder about some of the older clientele. Probably won't go back bc of the prices.
The best Humos and Falafel you can ever have. Very fadt service, respectful people, Every thing is super clean
