Max got my computer up and running again. 2 thumbs up, Max is reliable, professional and friendly. Qubex for the win. I highly recommend his services. Thanks bro
Super happy with my interaction with Max. He was very informative and laid out my options clearly and efficiently. He completed the work ahead of schedule and did a great job. Thank you!
Max helped me recover my hard drive before and did an awesome job! Also, he helped me build my personal work PC and it's FAST!! Saves me a ton of time. Also, I wanted to change one thing and he helped me out with that as well. Will definitely work with him to add any upgrades like memory etc.
Max recovered all 18,000 of my photos and videos from my iPhone that was smashed to pieces. Only half were in the cloud, so I had to recover the rest of the data. Max recovered all of my photos and videos, over 100gb, at the same resolution. Very happy with his service! Highly recommend for data recovery! I would have been very sad to lose this data!
I recently lost my entire hard drive on my home laptop; I had many files on there that meant a lot to me personally. I thought I had lost everything...until I called Max at Qubex! I had my doubts at first that I'd get anything back after all, I had already tried the "usual" home remedies for recovery, but Max was confident. Incredibly, he recovered everything for me! What I appreciated the most--other than getting my hard drive back--was his communication. He typically responded in minutes and he thoroughly answered every question I had. Additionally, he walked me through what to expect and his pricing structure was 100% transparent--there were no surprises. You can trust Max and Qubex completely.
Max did an excellent job with a dead hard drive that contained almost 1TB of data with old family pictures. I had lost many years of memories with the bad drive. Max recovered everything, it was a long process since it requires a clean room and slow work, but the result is well worth the wait! Always back up your backup!
I had a 4TB external hard drive that, through some interior redecorating shenanigans, got dropped on the ground from about 3 feet up. When I tried plugging it back in, the drive wasn't being recognized. Annoying, but I didn't think much of it at the time, since I always keep at least two backups of all my important files. After a bit of poking around on my computer, I learned two things. 1. Always make sure you *actually* have two backups of all your important files, and it's not just a thing you say you do and think you did without ever really doing it. 2. Failing 1, call Qubex. Max was a great help at every step, starting with our first call. He explained the process and gave me instructions on how best to handle the drive. When I dropped off the drive, he went over all the possibilities, what I could likely expect, and the worst-case scenarios. This is a delicate business with a lot of unknowns, but I felt completely confident in his expertise. I had no need to rush the recovery, so I opted for the standard timeline. I received a quote after he had had a few days to analyze the drive, and he again updated me on the outlook of the recovery. There were a few options for prices, higher for a faster turnaround. Max also assured me that payment was only due upon successful recovery and handover of the data, which put me at ease. From the start, I had been dreading seeing how much this was going to cost. Data recovery is an expensive procedure, often requiring special equipment and clean-room environments. As far as I can tell, while it was still a pretty hard kick in the wallet, Qubex's price was completely fair and even turned out to be a bit less than I was expecting. The repair was completed within the agreed upon time frame, and we met up one last time to review the recovered data. Max informed me he was able to recover even more than he had expected upon the initial inspection. I got back nearly all of my files, and they are now - really this time - copied to two other drives. Max's focus seems to be on providing the best experience for his customers and ensuring they understand the process at every step. He offered advice on hard drive brands and gave me the option after handing over my data for him to delete his backups immediately or hold onto them for a few days to ensure nothing happened to the new drive in the meantime. It's a strange business model trying to advise your clients against becoming repeat customers, but it was much appreciated. Should I ever get the urge to go tossing around any more delicate computer components, I at least know Qubex has me covered.
I panicked when I realized my external hard drive with ALL of my client design files was no longer being recognized. It was a Saturday, but I found Qubex through a search and Max was available to meet with me right away. He gave me realistic expectations and kept me updated throughout the process. Max was quick, friendly and professional and I got my data back! I couldn't be happier with my experience.
An Apple Authorized Service Provider was unable to recover my files after my MacBook Pro failed. Max was able to recover years of work that I regrettably hadn't backed up.
Max helped me work on my custom build after I was experiencing black out screens constantly during gaming and even watching videos. He tested everything and found my GPU was going bad.. ordered me a new one 2070ti and a new motherboard. Had them installed and everything updated when I picked it up from him a week later. I will be back to him if I have any future troubles or questions.
