I've a "new tenant", from another of the properties managed by Guardian. I haven't had any problem catching management in office. Plus they live on-site as well as maintenance.

To begin with , Kathi has been a wonderful manager. Repairs were always performed in a timely manner . Kathi always greets you with a smile! High quality apartments and grounds kept clean.

Cozy place ...a very good place for kids ....great for family's

I suggest you never rent from this company. They are very dishonest along with their management company Guardian Management. They go through community managers excessively. Very poor documentation on things, very poor maintenance service. Lot of legalities with this company and its really rather unfortunate.

Nobody ever answers your call or gives you a call back. I've called and left a message 6 times, nobody ever answers or gives me a call back.
