Purchased a Groupon for services for Angie at the salon suites. First attempt to make an appointment with her cancelled due to her son being ill. Now no problem rescheduling except Angie sent a text message which I never received to cancel the appointment. It wasn't till I called her that she informed me. We then rescheduled from there. Today I arrive at the salons looking for Angie. She again is not there. I call. She again states she sent me a text telling me she had to go get her son. Now I'm not one to be harsh on working mothers. But your wasting my time and it is also very unprofessional to cancel an appointment with a customer via text. Plus if they don't respond, don't you think they may not have gotten it? Don't waste your time here.
I bought the Groupon for Angie too and I've used her twice now. Each time, she matched the color I wanted PERFECTLY! I've had mixed results with my copper red hair requests, but she nailed it! Definitely found my new hairdresser :
Wow! The woman working this phenix building is bringing customer service back to this area. She greeted and made my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things Brittany is a very professional individual. By far one of the best phenix salons we 've visited and one of the most cleans ones at that.
