Now they want to charge you $25 if you're not there 15 mins before your appointment time. or cancel on them. Lets see if they pay you if you're not seen at the time of your appointment. and pay you when they cancel on you. I'm going to get my dad's recorders and take him somewhere else. This place is a joke
Really poor customer care service! In their rest room,their hand dryer is not working and no soap for hand wash as well don’t have any napkins/tissue,I asked them 4 times for putting some napkins in rest room but they never! Never recommended!

The front desk are very incompetent. Lisette and the manager are very cold, uncaring, unsympathetic, neglectful, deceitful and unscrupulous. They are not meant to be in the health CARE profession. Wolves disguised as sheep.

poor judgement and nothing tactful, specifically Dr Barbara . they need to stop being rude and disrespectful . I don’t recommend this place .Go elsewhere . ....!!!
