First time here and had a good experience. I had an appt scheduled for 12:30 and was called back around 12:38. Not too bad. The lady who helped me and drew my blood was courteous and quick and only had to poke me once. I would return.
Except to be ignored and lied to when getting service. Made an appointment and couldn't see me for an hour and lied to me about being next. Reprehensible treatment of patients, you should be ashamed. I had to leave without giving blood due to incompetence
Do not under any circumstances trust their automated systems. You will NOT be served and the staff will lie to you
