Honestly, one of the best blood drawn I have ever had. The lady was incredibly educated and comforting. She even gave me some new information on how our veins work/function. She did let me know that it’s advised to set up an appointment rather than just walking in!
Today, I had Kaitlyn who was rude, dismissive on how to pronounce my name and very unwelcoming. I almost requested a different tech but just wanted to get out of there. There is no place to put your belongings or any offering of help in figuring it out. I wound up putting my bag and coat on the ground as a result. I contacted customer service to report this mistreatment and lack of service. Her process was painless, but I was nervous while she was working on me. Drawing blood should feel safe and I felt VERY unsafe with Kaitlyn as my technician. Will request and wait for anyone but her if I have to go back for tests. Had a AMAZING experience with Promise back in April. She was caring, helpful and friendly. Wish she had been there today!!!
The staff were friendly, but they failed to input both doctors that needed results. When I realized that the specialist had not gotten the results, I created an online account which could not link me up with my results. The only "help" was from a chatbot which could not solve the problem. I tried to contact the lab, but there is no option to talk to a live person to solve the problem. The message mailbox was always full. NO help.
.....once gps found it, as a walk in, you keep getting bumped when appointments walk in; that is not nice, rotten actually, I had to do walk in for quick results, It should not be punishment because there was not time to make an appointment. Also the no reception is very unwelcoming.
This place is disgusting, there are is no-one to talk to, only an ipad that is useless. I am supposed to be here for a life insurance exam but this feels a whole lot more “people do heroin in this waiting room”
If you have an appointment, this place is not at all bad. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes with an appointment. If you’re trying to do a walk-in for lab work, avoid this place like the plague. They’re simply too busy to accommodate walk-ins during most parts of the day. FYI, if you’re trying to do a walk-in for an employer drug screen they’ll turn you away; they only accept patients with appointments for drug screens so either plan ahead or look elsewhere.
In and out with an appointment in about 20 minutes. Robert is an expert at drawing blood quickly and painlessly. One star off for your front desk staff member who was nice but was wearing her mask improperly with her nose and half her mouth out. You guys know better as evidenced by all the signs telling people there's no exceptions for not wearing masks. Do better, Quest.
The staff here is great, polite and professional. The problem with this place is someone needs to actually answer the phones and help their customers resolve problems or answer questions, that their automated system can't! Docking one star for it. I was able to resolve my problem once I finally got the phone number for customer service, and they figured out what was holding up my lab results. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT just walk-in please make an appointment on-line or call and make an appointment, unless you like waiting around for hour or two.
First of all with an appointment I waited more than 30 min not because it was busy, but because the phlebotomist was late. I was the 1st person seen. Then, they didn't know where anything was and how to use a different printer to the computer. I was there for over an hour to get blood drawn. When I came out, 3 people were sitting in the reception. I just wished them all good luck...
Urine test require online appointment ahead of time! I arrived for my appointment and was taken care of by Robert who was incredibly friendly and professional! Plenty of parking.
