Great experience and professionalism. Quick process in and out. I had booked my appointment online and it was a breeze. Give yourself some time to park and pay for the parking.
Their sign in system is a mess. Employees are not trained on it at all on said “new” system. ID reader does not work. Not sure how many actually take blood but it’s 15-25 minutes / customer. Walk in or appointment doesn’t matter . It’s such a mess that people just keep walking up claiming to have appointments, being told their name isn’t coming up yet being called in . I went to another quest location last week has 20 people in front of me ; was in/out in 25 minutes, worked like click work. Completely pointless to have numbers to have appointments! If you don’t fit into a certain age group and race you will be left up & dry.
Excellent experience. Had an appointment highly recommend, checked in, was called back on time, and done in 10min. The phlebotomist was very friendly, professional and did a great job with the draw. Thank you!
Walk in was a bit tricky because of an automated kiosk that didn't want to scan my ID, but other than that, no issues. I would definitely recommend making an appointment though, as it was definitely a more seamless experience for the other patrons.
I actually had a very pleasant experience at this location. I had an appointment for 1:45 on a Monday. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was seen. The two women who drew my labs were very polite. The process was quick and easy.
The reviews are about right. Staff hasn't shown up. Google still says they open at 730 but apparently it's now 8. No one answers the phone because I did call the day prior to attempt to get the correct information. People had appointments for 730 so they are just as surprised. Its amazing a "reputable" lab drawing company can work at such low quality. I would have expected a company such as Quest to have good management in place but I am sure as with everything these days... the "excuse" is covid.
Don’t plan on getting anything done quickly. I needed to drop off a prepared sample literally just hand it to someone and I still had to wait >20 mins. The check in said I had 3 minutes to wait. The people are nice enough and the room is clean but it takes forever.
Convenient local location for me, so grateful! I just regret the over crowded lobby is not kept cleaner nor sanitized on a regular basis. I have only seen someone clean lobby once, in 2020. The Kiosk patients touch is not sanitized on regular. I sat there for 30min, no one wiped it down. My phlebotomists was not friendly at all!! She wiped my arm with an alcohol swab, then "dried" it with a cotton ball ?? a no no she should have learned in school! She then " tosses" that cotton ball on the arm rest my elbow is resting on. After injection, she reaches for that contaminated cotton ball she tossed on arm rest, to stop the bleeding in injection site. As a Registered Medical Assistant, I was shocked to witness this unprofessional service she provided. I should have spoke up then, but she was already flustered and I didn't want my blood tubes misplaced or inconclusive results. "IF" I go back, I will be prepared for this unprofessional service and correct them in their tracks.
7-9-21 I went this morning for blood work as per my doctor’s request. Staff are NOT friendly, unprofessional, never smiles, and inattentive. They make you feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Nobody greets you, nobody responds when I said, “good morning “. I left this venue feeling uncomfortable and feeling I made a mistake in visiting this location. I highly recommend for all staff to take “customer/patient appreciation classes and have a better attitude. Thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter.
I've used this location several times in the past as it is quite conveniently located, and usually get perfectly acceptable service. However, my experience on my last visit has convinced me not to use this location in the future. I came in for a blood draw and checked in at the kiosk as a walk-in in patient. The waiting room was quite full, and due to COVID/social distancing, I decided to use the "text me" option at the kiosk and wait in the hallway where there were fewer people around. After 15 minutes or so, I received a text saying I should return to be seen, so I immediately got up and walked back into the waiting room. Thirty minutes later, after several other walk-in patients had been called, I stopped the phlebotomist as she came out to call another patient, and asked if I was still on the waiting list. She Angela was very rude and dismissive, and lied to my face telling me that she had called my name but that I "hadn't returned fast enough," and that after 10 minutes of being absent, my name had been removed from the list. I informed her that I had been sitting just outside in the hallway, and had come back into the waiting room immediately upon receiving the text instructing me to return. When I told her that I had been sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and my name had not been called once, she dismissively told me to sign in again and take a seat. I understand that mix-ups happen sometimes, and honestly I would not have been upset at having to wait, but I didn't appreciate being told that they had repeatedly called me back when I had in fact been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, within 15 seconds of receiving the text, and not heard my name once. I will definitely be driving to another Quest location in the future where service is more consistent and this sort of thing isn't blamed on the customer.
