they have a terrible customer service, a reflection of the failed and overpriced US healthcare system. in a competitive environment, companies like these would never survive.

Very easy experience. Staff was very nice and super-efficient with my appointment. I was in & out in 11 minutes.

Does not accept walk-ins despite saying they do to their partners, on their IVR, on their website, and at check-in. Appointments are booked weeks out, just say you don't accept walk-ins so we don't all waste our time and risk exposure due to your inability to communicate or maintain your sources of information.
