Quest Diagnostics

I had to visit them 2 times and the second time the lady asked me to leave as she had to close by 4 pm when it was 3:40pm. I told her I came there twice. Not service oriented rather was eager to leave the building.

They had a handy kiosk to check yourself in, which offered the nice option of waiting outside and getting a text when they were ready to take you back. It's a pretty small office and the employees seemed a bit stressed, but for totally understandable reasons considering the pandemic. Make sure to wear a mask when you come.

Had an appointment @11 AM tuesday. But its closed. Not answering the calls too. Very bad !!!

The staff is nice! The screening is fast!

The service from the last rep was better than first rep.

Bad customer service will not come back here recists.
