This lab is the best. They really have it together: from a streamline check-in options to getting patients in and out fast. Is there sometimes a line? Sure. That’s always going to happen when you accept walk-ins. I’ll update it I have a different experience, but the two times I’ve been there have been five star.

CAUTION- Ridiculous waiting times! Miscommunication, awful service, not enough chairs... you get to wait in the hallway over 2 hours for simple blood work. The robot kiosks greet you, and then you WAIT. The pictures are from OUTSIDE the waiting area since it was overflowing. Bring a chair with you.

Very quick service for a walk in appt, front desk person friendly. Lab tech Alexis, was very good and super nice!

This corporation has no respect for patients. Animal clinics give better care to pets

Great experience. Everyone was wonderful. My lab orders did not arrive on their online system because it came from out of state they should fix that glitch, which is why I didn't give them 5 stars So the person at the front desk called my MD and got the orders faxed to her, all with good cheer. Very nice experience.

I made an appt through the online website. Arrived at the building 15 minutes before to find a lot of people waiting, but at exactly my appt time they called my name. The woman who drew my blood was extremely nice. Outstanding experience!
