Quick N Clean Car Wash - Wadsworth Blvd

I was in search of a new monthly membership car wash and tried this one today. What a joke. I paid for the $23 "Platinum Wash," which is their highest level offered. The sides of my car were very clean, but the front and back were essentially untouched. When I showed the attendant, he condescendingly "mansplained" to me that the mag chloride cakes the dirt on and it takes several washes to get it off. I indicated that the sides of the car were just as dirty and were completely clean, so it appeared to be a brush coverage issue instead. I asked for a re-wash and he begrdugingly obliged. Even after the second wash, the front and back are still filthy. Don't waste your $23 for a mediocre wash and poor attitude.

Doesn’t do the one thing a car wash is supposed to do, don’t waste your money. I paid for the basic wash, just needed a rinse to get the snow sludge off that was not stuck on at all. Car came out still very dirty! I asked if they would send it through again since the machine paused halfway through and might’ve caused it not to wash correctly. I was told I should’ve purchased the 20+ dollar wash if I wanted the car fully cleaned. After pushing back, they agreed to run my car though the wash again. It came out dirty the second time as well, so I simply gave up, drove home, and finished it myself. The photo is from after the second wash. I was previously a member here, but it’s hard to justify paying for a car wash that can’t even rinse loose dirt, let alone anything stuck on. Disappointing wash, and extremely unhelpful customer service. Update: Even worse Customer Service Not just a terrible car wash, extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I was contacted a week after the review to try to resolve the issue, and eventually invited to stop by the car wash. When I arrived I expected to talk about why the wash had malfunctioned mid way. Instead, I was once again berated for having “an after market roof rack” and paying for “the low cost wash” instead of the 30$+ wash. My roof rack is low profile with no attachments, like nearly every other car in the metro. The staff member was incredibly rude, if I’d know I was going to show up just to be berated and talked down to, I wouldn’t have bothered stopping in. Do yourself a favor and go to Raindance car wash instead, or any other wash in the neighborhood.

Thought the price was good until I got home and saw the horrible job. There were dirty spots all over the vehicle and the front bumper was mostly untouched. I tried contacting them to see if there was something wrong with the wash that day, but I didn't even get a reply. Try somewhere else. Very disappointed. Update: I was contacted through Google by the company and was asked to send a message to their customer service in order to remedy this. I did as they asked and again, no reply from them. Wasted my time again.

Do not go here. I took my Subaru Forester through, and it completely tore my “antenna.” I put antenna in quotes because it’s on the roof and it is only 3 inches high. It snapped the piece off, the company told me to glue it.Services: Car waxing

I've found that my wife is happier with me washing her Bronco here. She got a membership and even though I don't have a chance to wash it every week, she appreciates me washing her truck as much as getting flowers. Thank you to the good people over here like Shane who are always helpful keeping clean towels and a little extra elbow grease on those darn bugs. God bless and thank you Cobble Stone.

Generally my experience here hasn't been too bad, but the way they have handled my membership cancellation has been extremely unprofessional. My card was charged on 11/19, I went in on 11/21 and was informed that I would not be able to get a wash since I had a roof rack. Apparently the policy had been changed and they no longer accept roof racks. I'm sure there is a good reason why, but I really wish there would have been better communication about this. I don't think that I should be charged for a month, given that I can't even use the car wash anymore. I have called 3 times and never received a call back. Will not be going here anymore and will definitely not recommend this place to others as well. I'm not asking for a lot here, just make the situation right...

Their car wash is great. Their membership is awful. Once you subscribe it is a pain to pause or cancel. I requested to pause it before I got charged and they still charged my card. No confirmation or response from them either. Now I have to dispute the charge. I would stick to single washes only and avoid the monthly membership

Pretty unfortunate that you no longer allow cars to go through your wash with ski racks. This is Colorado and I would venture at least 25% of all cars looking for regular washes in the winter have ski racks. Note that this change was only made in January, and had happily used the service for several months prior to this change. Cancelling my membership due to this change in terms of service. Hopefully the cancellation process is easy.

Anita did not turn the sign to "Neutral" as I entered the car wash. I don't understand sign language. she had a sign in her hand to direct me into the car wash. she also rushed me into the car wash. I was told on previous time by other employees at several other locations that it is best to drive slowly into the car wash to align myself AND so that the sensors pick up my tires correctly. I'm not sure of this is the same person from the Broomfield location but if so it was the same issue with an UGLY and nasty attitude for NO REASON at all. she also did not spray my windshield. I want to be contacted about this from the owner please. I went in today about 30 minutes ago.

Paid more specifically for the undercarriage wash. When my car was done, I still had to wash the outside front windshield, tons of bugs still on the front grill and headlights. Undercarriage completely dry. It was never washed. If you need a basic wash it’s ok but don’t pay for the upgrades.
