The manager here has such a bad attitude. Knows nothing about customer service or the slightest idea about polite human interaction. Won't park or recommend here specifically because of him.
Staff is really incompetent. They crashed my car and it'e been a week and no claim was filed. Went there to ask and all I got was a nasty attitude. O decided to called the corporate office and do the claim myself. Let see if I get any luck. Worst parking ever!!!
I would never park at this lot again. I drive a Nissan Rouge which is considered a compact crossover. I was charges as Oversized vehicle. The manager is an A--Hole
They damaged the hood of my car so badly I have to get it replaced and of course there is no proof so I am stuck paying a 500$ deductible. So disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs.
A1 staff, and service.
Don't ever park here. Staff is rude. They locked my key in the car and tried to make me pay for the locksmith. NEVER PARK HERE!
