Love this location, everyone is always friendly. But lately if I go past midnight, they are randomly shut down, despite being listed as "24 hours". Never a note on the door stating a time they will be open.

I went to location to get donuts. The young lady here was wearing gloves, while touching the the door handle and proceed to touch every donut with the same gloves. I asked the Manager do he think it’s sanitary for them to do it that way with everything that’s going on. He then said it’s policy for them to do it that way.. I just believe it’s passing germs from everybody hands that touched the same Handle she’s touching before touching the donuts..

I like going there for gas an the employees are cool on Hamilton st location...

Look at there food before you eat it unless you like mold. Bought there cheese and jalapeno sausage roll next to there sausage burrito in warmer. Heath dept needs to inspect a little longer next time

The guy running the counter was doing the work of several people and doing it flawlessly

Always stop here on the way out of Omaha to gas up

All in and out I love going to quik trips. Always nice staff, and it is always clean to which ever one I go to. If not their always cleaning counters, mopping, stopping to help out a customer even when their busy. They will stop what. they are doing just to help out their customers. Their customer service is great for me t any of the Omaha locations.

Seems little has changed since that april review. Didn't see any bugs but the floors were dirty and both trash bins were a disgusting mess. One was literally spilling onto the counter. The other was pulled out from under the counter and the fresh bags were on the counter but they were stuck to the counter with dried slushie. There was trash under the counter where the can is stored. My daughters stopped in for cold drinks/snacks and had to set their cups on the stuck bag while they hunted for lids/straws, etc cuz stuff wasn't stocked. A rude worker came up and first she tried to grab the bag with their drinks on it. My girls quickly moved their drinks. As she yanked the stuck bag off the counter and snapped it open, she splattered my girls with slushie-twice. Then she shoved the can back under the counter on top of the spilled trash and slammed the cabinet door. Then she gave THEM a dirty look...?? Ok chica maybe if u would do ur job u wouldn't have anything to be stressin over. Smh. Used to be a clean friendly place to stop. Idk what happened but we wont be back.

It saddens me to leave this review. I have been going to this QT for many years. Most of the managers are amazing with customers. The staff is great too. 3 weeks ago an employee advice by me there were roaches in the store. I told him, you shouldn't tell ppl that but thank you. I asked a manager, I've known for a few years. They told me they are small water bugs. A week goes by- my s/o said he seen a few, by the coffee machines. He alerted the staff at the register and told them they are in the coffee drain and on the coffee machines. They said okay.. Thanks for telling us. I decided to go to the Leavenworth location. The manager in there is also someone I've known a few years through QT I let her know everything. She passed it on to corporate. Told me, to do the same. My s/o called corporate, they said they'd have someone come out. Well a week later I figure okay I'll take my chances and see if the problem is taken care of.. Absolutely not!! I watched 2 bugs crawl on the coffee machines as I went to fill up a cup. noon - April 26 2019 who knows where else they are! That is absolutely disgusting and nothing has been done yet. If things were handled correctly, the issue would not have gotten to this point. I write this review in hopes that someone will see it and take care of the issue. Or at the very least at least I am alerting ppl of the bug issue.

Always clean! Manager Jon S. runs a great crew! Friendly & fast. Always starts my day off great when I stop in this place. Weird to say about a gas station but true!
