Good ol' West-Side Hospitality!!! Coke vendors yelled at me outside accusing me of trying to run over them while parking my vehicle??? All I did was pull into an unblocked parking spot! And the clerk behind the counter was picking other customers to service that got "in line" after I did. Then she scoffed and slammed her barcode scanner on its base when I asked for an online lottery ticket. And one of the Coke guys continued heckling me as I went back to my vehicle. I know it's "just a gas station" but WOW I've never felt so unwelcome at a QT before. Needless to say I'll skip this one for now on...

Was not a good experience card reader was not working at the pump. So much convenience. I had to go in and prepay get my gas and then go back inside and get the difference. If I wanted to prepay I would have paid cash. The Clerk didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. This location has gone down on customer service. There's other places to get gas and drinks. But maybe QT is getting to big. Maybe its time to go somewhere else. Qt used to empower the Clerk to do something for the customer. Why didn't the Clerk put an out of order sign on the pump? This location has really gone down hill on customer service. How many people for how long are they going to piss off and inconvenience before getting this fixed. The Clerk didn't care she just said that she had put a ticket in on that pump to maintenance. So that could mean hours to several days before they had time to fix the problem. Overall point is what has happened to customer service?

This is a VERY busy QT location, traffic is constantly moving in/out, people always on the move. Friday at 5pm this is what the ladies restroom looked like -filthy-!! Mud on floor, tissue on floor, water droplets on everything. The corners of the tile floor needed to be detailed/scrubbed really well. Usually QT restrooms are spotless, not this one. Again this location is busy, beware turning left as you leave.

Could not be more upset. I was in line when I heard the long blonde behind the counter mention she was in med school. I also happen to be in the medical field and was going to wish her the best of luck. However I feel like she treated me based on my age and how I looked, since I had on a old t-shirt and was wearing no makeup today. I handed her lottery tickets which I know might be annoying but she made it very clear I was an inconvenience. Her tone and attitude was extremely uncalled for.

Old Nachos, and old Chilula, and they charged me $1.17 for water.

Zero management needs to get a handle on women’s restrooms being locked at locations around town. Beware if your a woman needing to refill and use facility. Men’s were beyond disgusting.

This is one of my favorite locations always clean unfortunatly the employee working did not wear her mask properly and when i brought this to her attention she was very rude and did not adjust her mask. Very unfortunate I hope for the safety of others this get addressed.

Yesterday, I forgot my gas because I was running late to work and I already paid for it but today 9/26 they were quick to help me and give me great service and I got the gas I needed. Thank you to Brandie and her manager for helping me out!

This is located on a busy intersection and they constantly have pumps down so, there is always a line. What is their upper management doing? Or not doing?

Love using the app and coupons they put on app and savings on gas and food!
