This QT is really going downhill. They are always out of items and a couple of the cashiers have really bad attitudes. My ongoing issue here is the frozen cappuccino/cocoa machines are always down. That is what has always gotten me in the door. I tried asking a cashier about it but just got negative attitude. Also, cleanliness is not a priority here. Unfortunately I will have to switch to circle k. Hopefully you can get some people in there to bring quality back.
I'm really disappointed with this QT. Over a month ago the price of gas was in the $3.50 range. Since then its gone back up to the low $4 range, and currently sits@ $3.97. In a 2 day span I've seen the price change 3 times at this location. I've never seen any other QT'S pricing this erratic.
Usually one of the vest prices for gas in the west valley. Station is clean, staff friendly and never had any problems here
Unbelievable no towels in restrooms when I ask 3 employees about no towels NOT one cared WOW not cool
The white Young Lady was not professional she Apparently called me but becouse We had a long line and kids were screaming I didn't hear Her , she looked at me and pointing to the other Cashier Machine and said with an Attitude if you don't want to come let the next person in line I was so mad I thought of not buying the Item but I don't think she Would have cared any way !! I walked to here and said I did not hear WOW !! No Sorry or any Apology .
Stopped for a Ghost n my morning donuts. Can usually never complain that early in the morning, 4am .
Seneca B. who works early in the morning or whatever their name was, was extremely RUDE and let other customers go ahead of me in line on multiple occasions. I would always wait in line and he would have at least 3/4 people go before me. He really set an amazing example for the new employee working right beside him. Honestly, people don't really read reviews for QT, but this dude needs his attitude checked rq. OH and he's a manager?! You've gotta be kidding me.
MY fav. Gas station way back 2005 one stop shop. The difference is the restroom. They are clean and well maintained. Back to present 2020 totally different most station on Central PHOENIX restrooms are not clean and frequented by homeless with all their junk. Its disappointing. I hope the co. Could see this . What happen.
He tried to fill gasoline in one of his pumps and he asked me twice for authorization to use my card, and a few minutes later I received an alert from my bank that the pump I used tried to withdraw $ 100. I do not like that at all and also does not give you the paid receipt. :
This quick trip is so nasty is unbelievable they are really dirty I saw a rat outside of it and I found bug in the nacho cheese and they don’t have anything no sauce for the hot dogs no nothing one time I found mold on my hot dog bread
