This is the GO-TO spot for your emissions test. They are very professional and super fast. They have an on-site repair facility in the rear. You can also purchase your license plate sticker on the spot. The staff is awesome and experienced. The wait for me wasn't very long. I was in and out in no time.

I went here because the dealership Carmax said if I took my vehicle here and it was covered my warranty I would only have a $250 out of pocket cost. Well it turned out that the repairs needed was not covered and the estimated cost was $2235.77! I agreed to have them fix my vehicle. I was told o. The Tuesday morning when I dropped off my vehicle i was toId that it would be ready by Friday no later that Monday. I called Friday and Monday and Thursday. I es told that it was not ready yet. I was told by the owner that there’s still a misfire in cylinder 1 code P0301 but it’s not showing up. After waiting 10 days with no phone call or updates unless I called them, I called and said that I wanted to pick up my car. When I picked up my car it now has a flashing check engine light and the traction light was on. Also there was No oil in my car although I was charged for an oil change, so I added 2 quarts of oil. If I added 2 quarts of oil to the 4 1/2 quarts that they had already supposedly at it, it would’ve overflowed it did not overflow. It barely covered the dipstick. The owner said that I would have to pay for parts but not for labor $1100 for nothing my car is worse than when I dropped it off. I am not happy that i had to pay and still don’t have a working vehicle!!!Service: Engine repair

Towing Service for State Farm Claims - my auto was supposed to be dropped off on Thursday at the repair facility by RK Motors Tow Truck, I called repair facility on Monday to find out how long would it take for the estimate so I can time my rental limited amount before I have to pay 100% or resign myself to purchasing a new car. Repair facility told me they did not have my vehicle. I found after a few calls that RK Motors never dropped my car off thus delaying my estimate..... no excuses about where because they had the information updated right away on Thursday after the first repair facility had no room, no excuses about payment as they contract with State Farm, no excuses about the repair shop not being open - they were open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. State Farm claims rep acted dumb with all of the above excuses on behalf of RK Motors instead of just apologizing for the delays, no one could tell me the real reason why - not happy with State Farm or RK Motors...

Great Service! I was in and out for my emissions test in under 10 minutes. I was also able to get my sticker the same day.

This is the worst tow service ever! I every time I call they hang up the phone. They don’t state their name and make it your problem. Every time I call they hang up.

Just relocated here and needed to replace the out-of-state license plates with WI ones. During my last relocation, the screws of the rear plate got stuck and the local mechanic drilled two new holes to attach it to the car. I don't have any tool to drill holes in the WI plates so I came to R K Motor for help. Garvin attached the plates for me in no time. When I asked how much, he just smiled and said no charge. I couldn't believe it because I was charged for $50 for the same job in my previous state! I then asked if I could do the emission test as well. They did it right away.
