I had an engine delivered from Florida, and the last leg of the trip was delivered by RAC. The two delivery guys were extremely nice and took the time to load this in the back of my truck instead of just dropping it off. I was sure to tip them for their effort. Didn't give them 5 stars because it was two days later than expected.
Covid-19 friendly atmosphere. Parking is close, nice friendly atmosphere but very busy on Mondays
Never had a delivery on time. Always calling to tracking down shipments. Average delivery to office from freight delivery to Denver terminal has been 3 weeks. Has been as long as 8 weeks. I don't know if this is just a Basalt, CO terminal issue or wider spread but it's an ongoing joke amongst all businesses in the area.
