Just a few minutes ago my husband purchased some pizza slices while waiting for the rain to end. After he left the self service register he came out of the store. Taylor came out yelling and screaming at him about the card being declined. She was rude and disrespectful. As a former manager in the restaurant industry I would never accept this behavior from any of my coworkers. There really need to be more training and I feel a refund for the pizza which was old and stale should be given.
Very clean and very quick to move their check out line despite technical issues with a customers gas pump not activating. Very much a model store from my quick in and out.
I have been coming to this racetrack for a while now since it is on the way to work. I have noticed that the morning staff especially the people working the kitchen are extremely rude to customers. Yesterday I witnessed one of them yelling at a customer because they accidentally dropped some food. She will also disrespect you if you try to reach for pizza in the back that is fresh. This race trac dirty as well I have seen roaches crawling in all over the doughnut.
I get off work and come here after I leave the hospital late at night I'm starting to wonder if this location is open 24 hrs. Today they open back up @2:30 am yesterday it was 5:30 am. I'm just very confused as to why this happens so often. Also Racetrack is losing out on a ton of business as I sit here and write this there has been at least 3 ppl trying to get inside. Saying the same thing I thought this establishment was 24 hrs. Quick trip would never.
Great customer service instead of rushing me to add my coffee he added it with confidence and was very polite about me forgetting to add it myself
Made a quick stop for coffee, got gas as well. Pumps were available. Sort out you hose and fill up. Coffee is busy in the morning but not bad. Always hot and fresh, not sitting burning. It's not weak either. Checkout is fast. Self checkout is easy and nice addition.
I love Racetrac more than QT because they have 88 octane flex-fuel, often at same or l e s s cost than regular 87 Octane. The other reason is because they have International Delight creamer plus cool freshly ground per cup coffee at similar prices, via cool, clean, made in Switzerland machines. And plus, the newer locations have sheltered outdoor seating areas. Such as Wade Green Road, and this one. Additionally, this one features clean and full length stall doors/partitions, see pictures. The singing bird pushed it over the top along with view of Kennesaw Mountain, see picture. Therefore, one of my favourite Racetrac rest-stops.
The card readers at the pumps don’t work, the self check out doesn’t work then the employees walk off from the registers while your in the middle of transactions
When they’re open, they’re friendly. When they’re open, they are also clean. When they’re open, their prices are great! But at 4:30 am when I drop on for coffee on my way to work, they’re not open...even though the sign and website says “Open 24 hours.” I hate complaining on the internet, but if you’re supposed to be open, be open. This happens far too regularly.
Why do none of the pumps give receipts? Many offer but all are out of receipt paper. I come here a lot in work truck n require a receipt so this forces me to go inside n wait in line just to get one. After my previous 2 star review I'm bringing it down to 1 as none of your pumps ever give receipt. May seem like small issue to you but this costs me time. Is it really that hard to replace paper or is it a cost thing for you guys?
