Racetrack Marine

Being out of state and need to get boat fix before winterizing, called last fall (10/2017) for a boat engine issue, left voice mail message, never got a return call. Brought boat to a dealer in Milsboro, Delaware. They took the boat in and serviced, ready to pick up early March 2018, and no sale tax on the bill !! guess where I will do my business from now on?

They have great service and they are nice people. I wish they carried more inventory. It seems that I have to order too much out of a catalog then wait.

We dropped our boat off on June 15th we thought needed a starter. I asked how long it would take to have service done. The young lady behind the counter told me normally it takes two weeks but if they weren't busy they might get to it sooner. I had a conversation with her about my family coming into town Fourth of July weekend so the repair time was perfect. Called today to find out where they were with the repair they hadn't even looked at it. She told me she has 500 clients what was she supposed to do. I've dealt with other marine services in the area every time there's been a problem getting the job done I've gotten a phone call. We brought our boat to them because they were closer to our home and had them winterized it in the past with no problems. I guess now they have 499 clients We are picking up our boat without the repair.

I needed an ignition switch and they were the only place that had one within 60 miles of ocean city. Fast and friendly and they went the extra mile by getting the switch setup for me so I could just plug it in. They have a new customer now.
