Rack Room Shoes

Found some great deals. I would have bought more but it was hard to find average sizes. Most of the shoes were small and large sizes.

Always my go to place for shoes and if you work it right which may mean multiple transactions you can get serious savings

I like coming here but the only issue is they never have a good variety of women’s dress shoes everything is either clogs, heels, or flats. There should be more diverse styles in store for both males/females everyone doesn’t want to keep going to men’s section to find a decent pair of oxfords. On another note tonight was the first night I didn’t receive much help from a sales associate. It rubbed me the wrong way I come here at least 2-3 times a month, after today probably not because I was looking for something specific and when I said what I was looking to accomplish they said okay and walked away to the register to finish up casual conversation. It would’ve been nice to know if I could get a certain shoe I was looking for in my size and it would’ve been nice if the sales associates were a bit more attentive.

Went with my daughter to shop for some comfortable work shoes. BOGO in effect, Nike excluded. Not crowded. Clean and well organized. Warm welcome. Bought two pair of women's shoes. Red Mill location. They are hiring.

Stopped in here to grab my husband new work shoes. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the different non-slip shoes. Not a whole big selection of what i was looking for but i did leave with a pair to try, based on her recommendations.

Great place current styles and customer friendly

I've always shopped Rack Room Shoes. Historically, I've gotten some of my favorite shoes there. Over the last couple of years I've been really disappointed in their selection of knee high boots. Quality has gone down significantly. Very few leather boots. I bought a pair of man made boots last winter that didn't even last one season. Still a decent place for sneakers and sandals.

Nice selection but need more larger sizes in women's shoes. You're always out of women's size 11 and men's sizes 12 extra wide & 4E and 13.

Uneventful for me, size 14. However the staff was very courteous, and offered an ordering alternative. Sadly I'm only visiting VB for a week, and looking for sandals asap...

The only place I buy my shoes.. always has a " buy one, get one 50% off.."... and also one day a week is military appreciation day and you get an additional discount.
