I contacted this company based on the many positive reviews here on Google. I agree - they are great! Kareem contacted me when he was 30 mins away to let me know he was enroute, and upon arrival he was honest, professional and very pleasant to work with. He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and, to put me at ease, he even took the time to call LG customer service while he was doing the work so that they could confirm his diagnosis. This is a great way to give your customers peace of mind. I really appreciated that touch. My dishwasher was fixed the next day had to order a part and wait for it to come in. had an issue with my dishwasher so i googled a repair place and this gentleman popped up. he was able to come out same day and luckily just my filter was clogged. so he cleaned it and assured me if i had any other issues he would come back out free of charge. i definitely have his number saved for any future repairs i may need.
