Radar Property Management

We have been working with Karen and her team for 4 or 5 years now. We have always found them responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to property owners looking for someone to manage their properties or tenants looking for a new home.

We have been with Radar for a number of years and are pleased with their services. We have good communication with them and have found them to be capable at their job, both looking after us as owners and also solving concerns for the tenants. Our small rental has been well looked after. We are pleased to be in their capable hands.

Radar has been managing our property in St. Catharine's for many years and have provided consistent and timely service for us. They are very responsive, have been good at both finding and keeping our units tenanted, and have been on top of various repairs and maintenance to ensure the property maintains both its value, and provides for good tenant safety. I am a non-resident owner and live on the other side of the country. I continue to choose Radar because I know my tenants are responded to quickly which matters to me and keeps turn over low. All my questions/concerns are addressed quickly and I have never felt like a numbered customer. Thanks for the years of service!
