The service was horrible and the manager don't like to treat the customer with good service. Bought a brand new quad-chopper and one day later the damm thing has a motor go bad. I went into radio shack to return or replace it and the manager tells me sorry about my luck and to go online and figure out how to fix it myself. The quad-chopper had only ran about 5 minutes before the motor went south.

Jon and others are right. The manager would not process a refund because I wouldn't give him my private cell phone number. I didn't need it to buy the item, I shouldn't need it to return it. He knows he or I could just make up a number but he told me to leave when I asked him his name. I have video of him acting like a clown.

The staff immediately helped me with what I was looking for and quickly got me what I needed!

Never open.....always gone
