Radon Relief

* Update: Steve, after I left an honest review of disappointment in several places, reached out. Here, the timing is though very revealing because we only heard back from the guy AFTER my review, NOT before. For 5 days, we didn't get any response from him after contacting twice more from the initial contact, one text and one voice message. Steve today out of nowhere texted and asked if he could come by right then, not having made any previous appointment, so I texted back saying that we preferred a certain other time, which was about a couple of hours later. Steve said ok and did show up on time, took a look at the radon system, diagnosed why it stopped working, fixed it so now it works again. At my request, he also verified the gauge monitor thing in our basement. He offered us sincere apologies, which we appreciated and accepted. End of the update. *Prior review BEFORE the issue was addressed: Hire this company if you want a company that abandons you with little after care. Hire this company if you want a Radon system that dies less than 2 years. I emailed/ texted the owner about this. He requested me to send the photos and checked on this and that and I did all that and it was obvious that the system died. He replied he'd get back to me with the date and time but he didn't get back to me. I contacted him twice, each of my efforts was ignored. My husband also left a nice message, requesting a service. He NEVER got back to us. A company with horrible, horrible commerce ethics and integrity. This company will not last too long with this kind of rotten business ethics. Do NOT hire this company for your own good.

These guys are great. I had Steve and his crew install a system at my own house--levels went down and are now where I feel safe. They showed up on time, left a clean site when they were finished. Worked quickly and price was very reasonable. I've recommended Radon Relief to at least three other people who I know have used them for their systems as well and hear the process was just as smooth as mine.

Scheduled to have a radon mitigation system installed. Nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment. When I contacted Radon Relief no one had any idea that their installer hadn't showed up. We were on a tight schedule since we were moving in a couple days and waited a week for this install. Had to have the system installed for closing. No Show, no followup. Unreliable is all I can say,

“You Can Easily Judge the Character of a Man by How He Treats Those Who Can Do Nothing for Him” I called Steve as he had installed a mitigation system in the house we purchased before we purchased it. The system was making a noise that was loud enough to hear in the house. He quickly made sure I knew he would help and then was here to fix the issue faster than I could have expected. With out charging, complaining and with great courtesy. I would happily do business with him if needed in the future. Thank you Steve.
