Rafferty's of Louisville

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. We were seated quickly and had great service. Our food arrived extremely fast; even our 9 year old daughter commented on how fast it was. I tried the Ultimate Club sandwich with a side of fries and was very impressed. The sandwich is huge and the bacon is very thick and cooked perfectly. The tomato on the club sandwich tasted fresh and flavorful like homegrown or something you would get from a farmer's market. Rafferty's has the best honey mustard which was served on the side. The fries are cut with the potato skin on and have a great flavor. My only complaint is that the lunch menu is fairly limited and ordering from the non-lunch main menu can be quite expensive unless you're getting a sandwich or burger. The lunch menu is a "pick 2" style with a choice from a small list of items or a rotating daily lunch special. One advantage of this though is that this probably accounts for how fast the lunch service was which we really appreciated. Will definitely come back again if we're in the area.

I ordered the baby back ribs and loaded potato. The ribs were fresh and delicious! The potato was overcooked and definitely not worth the $30 price. Well-ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The burger was delicious, but the fries were soggy.Food: 4/5

The only thing as far as the atmosphere there was a problem with the heat on one side of the restaurant made it a little uncomfortable but the company made it all that much better. The food was awesome I have never eaten here before. The deep fried mushrooms the best and I ordered the chicken platter for lunch. It is a large portion guys a very large portion but very very good and I love the fact that they make their ranch dressing in house they make all their dresses in the house very very smart very good guys. The server was a very patient very kind he was awesome there was eight of us and somehow he seemed to make everything work and had a good flow from appetizers to entrees. Awesome job guys!

Honestly, knowing this was a chain, my expectations were not high. I was definitely NOT disappointed. We got the cheesy fries appetizer, and it was fantastic. I ordered the club sandwich with fruit on the side. Sandwich is PACKED and super good, cantelop and honeydew were a little hard, but the strawberries were awesome. Wife got the chicken Alfredo, she didn't like it as much as I did, but I thought it was pretty darn tasty. Her grandpa got the salmon with a baked potato on the side. Really enjoyed everything. He only regretted ordering a potato after having fries as appetizer . Service was awesome, prompt, and friendly. 10/10 will recommend, and likely come back.

This was my first time eating here. It was very enjoyable and croissants with the honey butter are amazing!Food: 5/5

4.5/5. Our first visit ever. First of all our server Chelsea was one of the best ever ! Me and my girl went on a Friday 6pm and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the honey butter croissants and nachos appetizers. Both were great! She ordered the Slow Roasted Prime Rib with a Salad and Mashed Potatoes. I ordered the Ribeye with Fries and Fruit Bowl. Everything was delicious . Her Prime Rib Steak was seasoned perfectly could’ve came out hotter and my Ribeye had a perfect grill char to it. The fries may be the best I’ve had in a sit down restaurant. She also ordered a LIT in a jar and enjoyed it. We spent $94 and it was worth every dollar for our date night dinner and we took some home. If this service and food is consistently good I’ll upgrade to 5/5. If I had to give a con it would be that our steaks were not super hot when delivered to table

Excellent meal with stellar service. Curtis was one of the best servers I've had in years. I had the Fried Chicken Salad. The new Hot Bacon Honey Mustard dressing is fabulous. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Rafferty’s is great and always consistent. I highly recommend their Honey Butter Croissants, Any Mason Jar Cocktails, Ribs, The Ultimate Club.. Everything is amazing! I’ve been here many times and at several different location and it is always good. I simply recommend giving Rafferty’s a go in general if you have never been!Food: 5/5

As someone who works in this industry... the place was nice, our server was a gem, food phenomenal, had a 99 health inspection posted, overall my friend and I had a great time. We split the chicken finger salad with the house dressing to die for, split the BBQ burger and had the Buffalo chicken mac. Sooo good!!! The older host could have had a better attitude. We asked to not sit next to the rest rooms. She grunted and took us to the opposite side and set us at a dirty table. It was 1pm on last Thursday. It was not busy.

I will say the food is great. Service is usually very good while inside. However, my biggest complaint is their scummy tipping methods from takeout. They come out to you, walk ten feet and hand you your food. Great, no problem with that. Then if you’re paying they take your card and ask “how much of a tip would you like to leave, 10, 15, or 20 percent”. That is such a sleezeball way of them trying to get more tips for doing the absolute bare minimum. If I’m inside and have an actual waiter, yes, I’m tipping. I might even tip a dollar or two if they physically bring my food out to me. However, do not come to my vehicle to bring me my food and demand a tip of 20 percent. That is absolutely insane. The fact the manager hasn’t told them to hand the machine to the customer to make their own decision on tips is nuts. I’ve never once had a waiter mention tips or ask me how much I’m going to tip, especially not from someone just bringing me takeout. I’m normally a good tipper, typically 20 percent, but I’m going full boomer on this situation and just won’t return. It puts you in a completely awkward situation where you have to tell the employee that the service they provided, putting food in a bag and walking it 7 feet to you, is not worth 20 percent of the entire bill. Completely scummy practice.
