I was rear ended a few years ago. At first I felt fine, but after a few days I could barely move my neck. I was receiving very pushy and threatening phone calls from the insurance company of the other driver. I realized they wanted to settle quickly and (cheaply) because I was actually hurt. I called Mr. Cook that day and he took all of the stress and pressure away. He met with me within 24 hours and from that moment on he handled everything. I was able to get medical treatment, to feel like myself again, and be made whole for the damages incurred to my vehicle. He never suggested we consider settlement offers until I brought it up and I was well again. Mr. Cooks only concern was that I recover and feel well once more. He has since taken excellent care of three very close friends, who are near and dear to my family. I can’t thank him enough, and I will continue to refer clients his way. It’s unfortunate that accidents happen, but they do. Never feel pressured to make any decisions until you seek knowledgeable, caring council. You will not regret the decision. I have known and worked with Joe for many years now. Joe is an exceptional lawyer. He’s also capable outside of the courtroom. I’ve seen him drive a ¾ ton truck, with a heavily loaded trailer, across unforgiving terrain that would have put many in the ditch. To steal a phrase, Joe knows how to set a corner post. It’s that same practical, capable approach to the law, and ability to speak to all people, that makes Joe so effective as an attorney. And it doesn’t hurt that Joe’s connections throughout Montana are rivaled by few.

I hired Joe and that was one of the best choices I've ever made. He did an excellent job with my case. He makes the insurance company stick with their word instead of finding a way to not have to hold up their end of the policy.

Joe Cook and his team are hands down the best. Joe was highly compassionate, helpful and attentive. The diligent attention Joe gave to my case allowed me to focus on my recovery. To say I am pleased just doesn't seem like enough!
