I go here for waxing and the service is amazing! Rachel is really comforting it was my first time with her and has 20years of experience. Sometimes some hair won't come off in the first place and she doesn't want to tear your skin so if you want them all off and it doesn't bother you if it looks a little swollen for couple hours let her know.
