I have never had a dry cleaner write my name in visible sight with permanent marker. Guess what they did and claim that they told me they would be doing this. Completely false, ruined 10 shirts and refuses to even admit fault. Avoid this place.
My wife and I have been using this place for years - we love the owners, love the service, and have never had a problem with lost or damaged clothes. Very very happy with them!
Terrible customer service! They ruined three JOS A Bank Shirts, and then argued that we didn't even bring our shirts there. This is not the first time I have had issues with this place, they don't stand by their product, which is clean not DYED red laundry service. Avoid at all costs
