Was kindly greeted when I walked through the door, explained I was having some water quality issues, and was hoping to get some help. After a few questions, the best answer was to let them check the levels themselves. Came back with some water, and after it was checked I was fully expecting a sales pitch.... Was nothing along that line. The check was free, they told me what I should do, answered some questions, and gave me some tips. Didn't offer to sell me anything!! I did buy some chlorine and scumbug sponges, but it was because I needed them. I received nothing but great service and a lot of good info!! Pools, hot tubs, or supplies I highly recommend Rainbow. Professional and, most importantly, they're honest.
Having purchased a pool from Rainbow Pools 4 years ago, I would like to say, Walt, James , Amber, Wes and Nancy are a family operation that we respect and have always respected us! They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate us. They are highly professional and yet made us feel like part of the family and the project. They're customer service has been top notch, and when we had a ,little manufacture issue with the pool, they handled the whole issue without a hiccup! Knowing many friends with pools and issues, I would recommend, Walt, Nancy and the Rainbow Pool family to anyone.
Amber and Nancy are lifesavers over there. So glad we chose Rainbow pools. I've had my pool for 2 seasons now. I've had 0 issues. I get our water checked weekly by Rainbow pools and just do what they tell me to. It's literally that simple. They do everything for me. They built it. They open it up in the spring. They close it down in the winter and cover it. I'd rather pay the pros and keep a clean blue pool then some of the issues I've seen from friends pools.
I purchased an inexpensive part and it turned out to not be the correct size. When I purchased the item I was told that it fit 99% of all vacuum hoses. 24 hours later Rainbow would not take the item back because the package a plastic bag had been opened. The part Hayward Skim-Vac was not used - it was just the wrong size. It's not the money just under $20 it's just bad business and poor customer service. I won't be back as there are too many other options, i.e. merchants that are more interested in making sure their customers are satisfied and do take merchandise back whether it is opened or not!

Very nice folks working there, knowledgeable and helpful. While we bought our supplies, they were incredibly gracious with us and our “on the move” 1.5 year old that was running around. They even let him throw around a ball if theirs.
When buying what I would call a luxury item, I would certainly expect better service. Communication was poor, after service was poor, knowledge was poor. It was one excuse after another with no follow up or follow through. Nothing about my experience with this company was positive, sadly. I will drive to Columbus before I EVER give them one cent more of my money. Just horrible!
I wish I could give zero stars. We inherited a swamp pool and discussed with them how to get the liner replaced. Three months of cleaning the pool instead of draining it and they tell us they can’t measure it because it’s floating despite one of them telling us otherwise and that we will need to drain it. I am not even joking. We wasted hours upon hours upon hours of our time and $300 worth of chemicals. Maybe if they had taken the time to come look at the pool we could have a liner right now. Not once did they offer to help, the TFP forums are the only reason I got it clean. They don’t return calls, they don’t communicate with each other, they offered little in the way of support. I’m sure in an ideal situation they are fine to work with, but don’t expect them to go above and beyond in any way. Go down the road to their competitor and save yourself the disappointment.
After comparing Spa Master spas to a Hot Springs spa Hot Springs was my previous spa years ago.... I went to Rainbow and they were very knowledgeable answering all of my questions about Spa Master. Not wanting to spend 15k on a Hot Springs replacement... I researched Spa Master website in detail. I purchased a HL8 without being able to wet test it. We have now had the spa for 3 weeks and we LOVE IT!. NO BETTER COMPARABLE SPA FOR THE MONEY! Thankful Rainbow Pool & Spas!
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to give extra help for parts we needed for our pool.
