Rainbow Shops

The service there is really horrible. A lady that works there by the name of Keisha is really rude, arrogant, disrespectful & ghetto. Tattoos visibly showing everywhere, smacking gum very loudly, and mistreating customers by being extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not patronize there and do not support this store.

Horrible customer service. The manager won't even acknowledge you at the register. Stands there talking trash instead of greeting customers who are in line. They had to call all credit cards in for authorization then the clerk forgot the authorization code so my card got charged twice. They assured me it wouldn't. I called back up there to get the second charge removed and the manager kept hanging up on me. I said, "I was assured that my card would not be charged twice." Her reply. "No you were NOT!" I called headquarters and no one called me back. I'm not surprised.
