We love the water system! For 13 years we have battled with my son's exzema, countless amounts of creams and lotions and nothing seemed to help it, but after just a week of having the rain soft system his skin is finally clearing up! Better tasting water, skin and hair feels better, Well worth the money spent for a lifetime! Amazing system and great customer service from the salesman.

Randy Williams was my sales associate and was extremely professional. Richard and Adam were my installers and were excellent. The experience as a whole was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend RainSoft to my friends and family.

This is the best investment I have ever made for my home. Absolutely amazing people to deal with from sale, through installation and customer service! Not only does my water taste great, after 3 years I don't have calcium build up or rust anywhere. Makes cleaning so much easier. Thank you Randy and team. Job well done!

For over 15 years we enjoyed our Rainsoft whole house water treatment system & our reverse osmosis unit in our home. When we recently purchased our new home, we knew that we wanted a new Rainsoft system in it because it is the best! Randy assisted us with determining the type of RO system that was best for us. Installation was very quick. Doug installed the RO system the next day & the whole house water conditioning system was installed the day after by Richard & Adam. They were all professional, knowledgeable, personable & polite. You can't get any better in customer service! Response time to my calls were VERY quick. Thank you Randy, Doug, Richard & Adam for your superior service!

My experience using Rainsoft water has been nothing short of amazing!! It is so incredible to me that something as simple as utilizing clean pure water can have such a huge impact on one's quality of life. For example, no more itchy skin, don't even have to use lotion or hair conditioner, shower walls stay much cleaner, laundry is much cleaner, tea/coffee/food tastes much better. I also got the Alkaline drinking water filter with my package and have noticed my energy levels have increased dramatically, sleeping much better, my pollen allergies have all but disappeared, my acid reflux has gone away, and I've even lost a few pounds. I just feel so much better physically it's like a dream come true. This water has been a huge blessing in my life and I highly recommend it to everyone!!
