Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We were a group of 7 including kids. The food came out quickly and nice and hot. The only issue encountered was that the person at the register did not know how to ring up a lemonade refill. So he tried to tell me that I couldn't do so. When I advised him that I had no issues doing same at other locations, he asked someone else how to ring it up.

The lady that toke my order was wearing a shirt with the slogan "One love" and I felt it. she was very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was the first time I went there. I was so hungry, I had to take bite before taking the picture.Dine in: Yes

Canes never disappoints when we are in NOLA. No matter the location! Today we are at the S. Claiborne and it is immaculate. The parking lot is perfectly groomed and well maintained giving it a warm and welcome feeling. The drive thru was packed, but moving at a quick rate. We were greeted immediately at the door. The place smelled ah-mazing! My husband ordered as I went to the restroom. Talk about NICE to walk in and see it was clean. I hate dirty restrooms in a place of business. We ordered the Box and the Caneiac. The chicken was so fresh and hot with a thick, crunchy breading. Fresh and cold cole slaw which I love! So delicious. Everything was top notch quality and quantity. All of the employees were extremely pleasant. Like genuine, not the “fake forced” because I’m working painted smiles- these folks were smiling and chatting with everyone. That speaks volumes of them and the store. Nice job S. Claiborne!!!

Bussin chicken, super juicy/moist and hot nearly everytime and they once accidentally gave me a Caniac, so I love them, cheers.Food: 5/5

I order THE SAME thing Everytime. I’m a petite girl. I ordered a 3 finger & was charged & given a caniac. A $17 meal. No way could I eat all that realized once already home & it was too late. Idek how she misunderstood me.

Staff was friendly food was hot and fresh. Inside was nice and clean. I couldnt ask f9rore

They do a good job at this location. Whoever developed it though did a horrible job with the layout. Workers are fantastic though.

They get my order wrong 50% of the time. The recruiting pool for canes must be weak. How hard can it be
