just ate the big buford with fries and I loved them the fries were perfectly seasoned and the burger was outstanding I would order them again

Horrible customer service and hygienic problems. Can you believe the person at the window has brown unclean fingernails handling people’s food and such? Very disgusting! I didn’t even eat what I ordered because of that! No gloves or anything

I went right at closing 11:50 some Rally's be close already but the were open and the food was fresh

Apperently the staff here are illiterate. Made my order online so I could specifically ask for them not to put ketchup on my baconator. When I got my burger, of course theres ketchup on it. This happens EVERY TIME!! Im so fed up with it. Most likely not to return.

Their food taste bad. My burger was smashed. I requested no mustard, pickles or tomatoes. I'm allergic to them. It looked as if they doubled up on them. The meat was tough and edges were burnt. Never again.

I ordered 2 fish sandwich s i got one hot chicken with cheese yuck and 1 fish fish were still part frozen and gooey. The worst meal i have ever had from Rallys by far
