I’ve personally have never been in this situation before with that said I would like to address this as a serious problem. I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 in for service. One of the services required the right rear tire, caliper @ rotor to be removed to seal the hub. Thankfully I haven’t had any issues on the highway or pulling a trailer down the interstate otherwise I probably wouldn’t be able to type this review. 2 weeks ago I was approaching a stop sign on a back road and LOST ALL BRAKING POWER. My instinct was to push my emergency brake pedal and nothing happened. I quickly put my exhaust brake on and used my auto/manual gear select to a downshift and started to honk my horn to let the cars crossing traffic know I was not able to stop. I managed to get the truck to slow down and turns out my right rear caliper fell halfway down off the rotor. The pictures show where there's missing mounting bolts and total of 3 bolts missing. How this happened one could imagine. It still shocks me because this doesn’t happen if the bolts had proper locktite & had been properly torqued. Ever since this happened to me I have been trying to get ahold of the service department to inform them of what happened and at least reimburse my cost of a new caliper. I’ve been ignored by the management of this issue and I hope this gets there attention as well to others because the service department needs to step up the quality control process. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

This service center rocked!!! Jerry and Niko took excellent care of us. We needed a locking lug key for our 300 and everywhere else told us it would be 2 weeks. These guys got on it and found us one and had it in our hand within not even 10 minutes. Great customer service, great attitudes means happy customers. Thanks Guys!!

Listen up Ballooning Community! Interesting trip to get the lift gate Tommy Lift and oil change and tires rotated only due to me driving up from Alamogordo, but if you want something done right, go to the source! I'd steal your maintenance guys from you tomorrow to work with me on Holloman. Great guys running the show over there and the maintenance folks are second to none. Very much appreciate the effort they took in working as a team from sales to service! CLONE THEM!

My nephew bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee there on February 28, 2023. I’m am so pleased with how his dealer Clayton treated him. He went above and beyond for my nephew. We went to other dealers in ABQ and they would not take my nephew seriously since he was only 19. I would highly recommend Larry H Miller ask for Clayton!

The service department was very busy, But Howard was especially helpful as he is every-time I come into your location. I make sure to always try and get him to assist me. He went out of his way to help with my extended warranty information and to determine the best possible price for the repairs I needed on my vehicle. He’s my absolute go to if I ever have any issues with my vehicle, and he never lets me down each time! THANK YOU HOWARD as always your GREAT!

I recently purchased a brand new camping trailer and was in the market for a truck that could handle the job. I was looking for something that would offer a nice smooth pull. The truck handles amazing and my overall customer service experience was phenomenal. They were able to give me a fantastic price on the truck and made my buying experience seamless. When I pulled in to pick up my spouse the ridiculous amount of salesmen calling out to me made me feel uncomfortable. "Hey Lady" damn near felt like a group of men cat calling. That's not my only reason for 1 star. This is unfortunately our 3rd time dealing with this dealership. Our first sale fell through because of lack of communication. We came back 4 years later and it didn't get much better. It really makes a difference when you're company doesn't pay attention to details. "We'll run the Vin number so there won't be issues" yet they still paid toward our other vehicle. They did resolve that issue however it shouldn't be a thing. Older gentleman was friendly not pushy and helped us get to who we needed.

I recently had my oil changed, car visor fixed, tires rotated, and filters changed by the team at Larry H Miller. I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service, and the attention to detail that Jerry, the mechanic provided. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what I needed to do to maintain my car in good condition. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and efficient mechanic. Definitely talk to Jerry if you can! He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was running smoothly. Thank you for your great service!

What great customer service. I was going to purchase a new Dodge truck and coming from out of state to get the truck. I put a deposit on the truck and had to put off the the purchase for until Jan. I called Eric the salesman and Kevin the manager and they were great! Refunded my deposit the same day! I will be back in Jan for the new truck and happy I found such a great business to work with.
